What we like

  • The song gently takes us through the wonders of the first moments of love. Roberta Flack’s vocals and pace expresses the profoundness of this love

Soul experience

  • Through the depths of love we are able to experience something that is beyond us. Something that connects us with a great source which transcends all. We may seem to focus and seek this through connection of another person. However, this love is always available to us and this connection always exists waiting for us to open to it

To reflect on

  • The first time, ever I saw your face
I thought the sun rose in your eyes
And the moon and the stars
    Were the gifts you gave
To the dark, and the endless skies
