Believe features on the third album Are You Gonna Go My Way by Lenny Kravitz. The album was Kravitz first album to achieve the top 20 albums on the United States billboard 200, first number one album in Australia and United Kingdom bringing worldwide success. Believe was also released as a single later in the year of the album’s release.

What we like

  • Kravitz’s voice seems to travel timelessly with a dream like quality
  • The song ends with the force of the solo guitar which salutes the strength of the message

Soul experience

  • It is easy to get carried away with all the responsibilities of life. Doing and getting things done. Ticking off our never ending list of things to do. In that rush to make things happen we can overlook the simplicity of life and what we are really here for. Next time you are near a baby allow yourself to be reminded of what really matters

To reflect on

  • If you want it you got it
    You just got to believe
    Believe in yourself
‘Cause it’s all just a game
We just want to be loved
  • ‘Cause being free is a state of mind
We’ll one day leave this all behind
