Meatloaf is an easy dinner to prepare and our version which has bacon and a nice tasty cheese will soon become a favourite of all. What is great about this dish is it takes little time to prepare and once in the oven allows you time to fix things before dinner. We recommend to rotate the potatoes every 15 minutes to crisp on all sides and prevent sticking.
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes – peeled, rinsed, diced
- 1 small onion – peeled, rinsed, diced finely

- Place a sprig of rosemary and 1 tablespoon of butter on the top of the meatloaf.
